Making Money Online! May 17

Many people have asked me if I ever regretted retiring early (I retired at age 55 with 20 years service, while most teachers opt to retire at 62 or 65 with about thirty years service.) Sure my retirement is not as much every month as theirs, but I still have good health and I have had a lot of fun the past four years. But, I do have to admit that living here in the States is a little beyond my budget ,and if I want to have a little discretionary money, I’ve got to be creative. Sure, I can , and sometimes do, teach as a substitute teacher from time to time. But I really enjoy making money on the internet. How? I find companies that are willing to pay me if I advertize their products. The best part is, I use these products, anyway, so it’s easy to promote them. One example is the Pimsleur language courses. I really do like the Pimsleur method and so it’s easy to recommend these products to people who are asking me which language courses would I suggest they purchase. These types of commission based products are easy to find. Just go to Google, keyword "[whatever product you want to promote] + affiliate program" and you’ll get a whole list of companies that will pay you to sell their products. They will send you a check or deposit right into your checking account.

I’ve been doing this for awhile and I really like the freedom it gives me.  I can be anywhere in the world and, as long as I have access to a computer, I can handle my affiliate business. Now, that’s the way I like to make money!
