, I haven't been traveling for about five months now and I'm really starting to get itchy feet.
There's a saying…"The ship is safe in the harbor..but that's not what it was meant for"
Sure we can be safe and comfortable…but is that living? Maybe it's existing, but , I believe that's not really living. I'd rather go out in a blast than sit comfortably reliving past memories. My mother, who is 82, tells me that all she has is memories. I want to MAKE memories, not just relive memories.
Well I have just returned from two months in the Philippines and ten days in Vietnam. If you know me you know I took tons of photos and videos. I will edit the videos and organize the photos then post them here and on YouTube. Thanks for following me in my adventures. By the way, that two month adventure was just an appitizer for things to come!
Well I have been here in the Philippines about three weeks now and am learning so much. I have been taking a lot of videos, pictures and notes for an upcoming Documentary called "Expats in the Philippines." It will give you valuable information on what it's like for a foreigner to live in the Philippines. Meanwhile, I have been uploading quite a few vids on YouTube. If you haven't subscribed to my video channel, do so now, so you will be the first to know when I upload a new video.
Well, it's gonna happen. I bought my plane ticket from LAX to Cebu Feb 3. I'm really excited to spending some time there. The return ticket is April 2 so I'm gonna spend two months there. What an adventure that's gonna be! I'll keep you up to date with vids and pics!
I just got this Vietnamese magazine named TUOI TRE from the reporter who interviewed me (by Skype) the other day. Here's the email she also sent:
Dear Bud Brown,
The article has been published today. As it's on our weekly newspaper, they're a little bit slow in posting it on the website. I will send the link to you as soon as it's on. Meanwhile, be prepared. Now you're famous in Vietnam
Well, I’ve got the car up for sale, packing my bags and am going on another adventure. I’m gonna try my hand at teaching English in Taiwan. My dear wife, says I can go with her blessings, but she wants to stay put here in California. I’ve got wanderlust so bad I can’t hardly stand it. The plan is to sell the car to pay off the last of my debts, then I’ll be free to travel and teach, which are my passions. I’ll keep you informed.
I just returned from a 2500 mile road trip with three of my high school buddys. We rode motorcycles from Atlanta, GA to Tulare California and it took 7 days.It was a very memoriable trip that brought three high school classmates and Vietnam Veterans closer together.
I’m a big fan of self-improvement books and courses. I think each of us owes it to ourselves to become all that we can be.
But reading a book or following a course is so time-consuming. Sometimes I feel that there are so many aspects of my life I want to improve I’ll be an old man before I’ve even changed half of them!
That’s why I was delighted to discover Bradley Thomson and his incredible ‘Subliminal Power’ website
Bradley’s Subliminal Power tool lets you achieve all that you want to achieve in a fraction of the time and with absolutely NO effort whatsoever! It’s a little tool that runs in the background on your PC, making carefully constructed ‘suggestions’ to your subconscious while you get on with your work. It’s the mental equivalent of those abdominal exercisers that let you do 3,000 press ups while sitting in a chair!
With Bradley’s technology you can raise your IQ to genius level, develop astonishing powers of concentration and recall, become a ‘natural’ salesperson or public speaker and even ‘command’ your body to lose weight. You can use subliminal messaging to be who YOU want to be with absolutely NO effort on your behalf!
It’s far more powerful than hypnosis … in fact, I’d go so far as to say it’s the most powerful tool for self-empowerment there is.
