My partner will be traveling to Shanghai to meet me for a vacation. He has a valid tourist visa from the Chinese consulate in Manila, but is concerned about departure procedures at Manila airport. It is his first time to travel to a foreign country and we want everything to go smoothly. Other than his boarding pass, valid passport, and valid visa what other documents are necessary for him to show the Manila departure passport control? The travel agency gave him a "disembarkation card" already filled out, and a hotel voucher. He will, of course, pay the airport tax at the airport before going through passport control.

Business wise, I know that Manila is better because there is not much money here in Cebu, but I hear that people there may be more dangerous.
I also hear that property and rentals are higher in Manila, right along with electricity too.
But I would like to know which Province is nicer or better to live in as a whole.
My husband insists that he wants to live and work in Manila, but I like Cebu better.

I dunno I always had a difficulty in learning languages. I can speak English fleuntly, and can only get to grips with basic French, German and Urdu. I think it has something to do with the masculine and femenine rules, plus the different grammer. I think I could handle a direct word for word language! Anyways what in your opinion was the easiest to learn?
